Orders & pricing

We work to display accurate prices, descriptions, and availability. In the unlikely event of a pricing error, we'll contact you before charging or shipping an affected order. Your order is accepted when we send an order confirmation by email.

Payment

Payments are processed securely by our payment processor. We accept major credit and debit cards. Card details are transmitted over an encrypted connection and are never stored by us.

Shipping & risk of loss

Title and risk of loss pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. See our Shipping Policy for processing times and rates.

Returns

Our 30-day return promise and refund process are described in the Returns & Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.

Product use & safety

Products are sold for normal residential use. Follow the included instructions and safety warnings. We are not liable for damage caused by misuse, unauthorized modification, or installation contrary to the product instructions.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for the product in question.
