Shipping Policy

Smart Home Essentials Co ships to all 50 U.S. states. All orders ship from our U.S. warehouse.

Processing time

Orders are picked, packed, and handed to the carrier within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays process the next business day.

Delivery estimates

• Standard shipping: 3–7 business days after processing
• Expedited shipping (available at checkout): 2–3 business days

Delivery estimates are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed during peak seasons or severe weather events.

Shipping rates

Standard shipping is a flat $7.99 per order and is free on orders of $75 or more (after discounts, before tax). Expedited rates are shown at checkout before payment.

Tracking

Every order includes tracking. You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your package leaves our warehouse.

Undeliverable packages

Please double-check your address at checkout. Packages returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address can be reshipped at the customer's expense.
